چکیده
تحقیق حاضر با هدف تبیین رفتار ارائه ی ایده در نظام پیشنهادهای سازمانی به صورت مطالعه ی موردی، در شرکت مخابرات استان خراسان رضوی، انجام شد. نظریه ی شناخت اجتماعی، برای طراحی چارچوب مفهومی تحقیق، مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. بر این اساس، یک مدل نظری، برای بررسی و تبیین روابط بین عوامل زمینهای و ادراکهای فردی ارائه ی ایده و رفتار ارائه ی ایده ی کارکنان، به نظام پیشنهادهای سازمانی، طراحی و تدوین شد. دادههای تجربی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه از 147 کاربر باتجربه ی ارائه ی ایده، به نظام پیشنهادهای شرکت مخابرات استان خراسان رضوی، که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند، گردآوری شد. دادهها، با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری، جهت بررسی فرضیههای نظری، مورد آزمون قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که اعتماد، تأثیر معنیدار مثبتی بر رفتار ارائه ی ایده دارد. به علاوه، این مطالعه نشان داد که هنجار عمل متقابل، تأثیر معنیداری بر رفتار ارائه ی ایده ندارد. همچنین، تأثیر معنیدار و مثبت عوامل مربوط به ادراکهای فردی، خودکارآمدی ارائه ی ایده، ادراک از مزیت نسبی و ادراک از سازگاری بر رفتار ارائه ی ایده، به نظام پیشنهادهای سازمانی مشخص شد.
