چکیده
در محیط های به شدت متغیر، متلاطم، غیرقابل پیش بینی و مملو از عدم اطمینان، سازمان ها برای حفظ بقا، تضمین رشد، و کسب موفقیت بایستی از توانش و قابلیت یادگیری مستمر، مولد و خلاق برخوردار باشند تا بتوانند برای همه ذینفعان، بویژه مشتریان، ارزش برتر تولید کنند. توانش و قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی و توسعه مستمر آن، به عوامل متعددی از جمله هوشمندی سازمان(برخورداری از یک چشم انداز استراتژیک، میل به تغییر، توجه به منابع انسانی، مدیریت قلوب کارکنان، بکارگیری دانش، و...) و سبک رهبری مدیریت سازمان بستگی دارد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از شیوه توصیفی- همبستگی، تاثیر سبک رهبری تحول آفرین بر روی قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی با ملاحظه نقش میانجی هوشمندی سازمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری، پرسنل شرکت ارتباطات زیرساخت بودند که 472 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. داده های تحقیق، بوسیله پرسشنامه جمع آوری، و با استفاده از آزمون های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی تحلیل شدند. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که الف) سبک رهبری تحول آفرین بر هوش سازمانی، و قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی تاثیر مثبت مستقیم و معنی داری دارد. ب) هوش سازمانی بر قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی تاثیر مثبت مستقیم و معنی داری دارد. ج) هوش سازمانی، رابطه بین سبک رهبری تحول آفرین و قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی را بطور جزیی و محدود میانجی گری می کند. د) سبک رهبری تحول آفرین به طور مستقیم، و نیز به طور غیر مستقیم از طریق هوش سازمانی، بر قابلیت یادگیری سازمانی تاثیر معنی داری دارد.
