چکیده
در محیط تجاری امروز، شرکت ها با هدف افزایش بهره وری، فعالیت های مورد نیاز، اما غیر اصلی خود را به تأمین کنندگان این فعالیت ها واگذار می کنند. در بیشتر تحقیقات برون سپاری، هزینه و سود مالی حاصل، مورد بررسی قرار گرفته، در حالیکه، در این تحقیق نگرشی رفتاری بکار برده شده است. این تحقیق تأثیر اعتماد درک شده را بر وفاداری، از طریق نقش واسط تعهد رابطه ای بر فعالیت های برون سپاری بررسی کرده است. برای جمع آوری داده ها، پرسشنامه ای بین تعدادی از مسئولین تدارکات و مدیران هتل های شهر مشهد، که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای انتخاب شده بودند، توزیع شد. برای آزمون فرضیات از مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان دادند که درک از اعتماد، بر وفاداری تأثیر می گذارد و نقش واسط تعهد رابطه ای بر وفاداری در فعالیت های برون سپاری نیز تأیید شد.
