چکیده

امروزه افراد زیادی در محل کار با تنش روبرو هستند وفرسودگی شغلی به عنوان یک سندرم خستگی عاطفی مطرح است که منجر به کاهش اثر بخشی حرفه ای افراد می شود.فرسودگی شغلی ناشی از استرس و فشارهای شغلی است.از طرفی یکی از عواملی که باعث استرس و تنش در محیط کار می شود تعارض کار- خانواده است ،که از فشارهای ناسازگارانه نقش خانوادگی و شغلی بوجود می آید. از طرفی امروزه محققان به دنبال رفتار سازمانی مثبت گرا هستند، که به دنبال آن افزایش تقویت منابع روانی کارکنان حاصل می شود . هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه تعارض کار خانواده بر فرسودگی شغلی با اثر واسط سرمایه روانشناختی در میان کارکنان بانک های دولتی شهرستان گناباد می باشد.داده های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه های مورد استفاده در مطالعات پیشین با تایید مجدد روایی و پایایی و به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی در دسترس طبقه ای جمع آوری شده و با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 130پرسشنامه واجد شرایط مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف،کاربردی و از حیث روش،پیمایشی –تحلیلی بوده و مبتنی برالگوی مدل یابی معادله ساختاری است. یافته های این پژوهش، نشان دهنده میانجی گری متغییر سرمایه روانشناختی در رابطه بین تعارض کار-خانواده و فرسودگی شغلی بود.
