چکیده

سرعت فزاینده تغییرات از یک سو و تشدید رقابت بین سازمان‌ها از سوی دیگر سبب شده است که سازمان‌ها به دنبال راهکاری جهت انعطاف‌پذیری بیشتر در پاسخ به نیازها و تغییرات محیطی باشند. به نظر می‌رسد حرکت به سوی ایجاد سازمان-هایی که از سرعت و انعطاف‌پذیری بالایی در پاسخ به محیط متغیر برخوردارند راه‌حلی حیاتی و مؤثر باشد. یکی از عوامل مؤثر جهت همگام شدن با تغییرات و پاسخگویی به آن‌ها، چابکی است. این تحقیق می‌تواند با هدف بررسی مؤلفه‌های تأثیرگذار هوش سازمانی و هوش فرهنگی بر چابکی سازمانی، نقش مهمی را در این زمینه ایفا نماید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کارکنان سازمان تأمین اجتماعی استان فارس (202 نفر) می‌باشند که از این تعداد، 115 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. نوع پژوهش ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی است. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد آلبرخت (2002) جهت هوش سازمانی، پرسشنامه آنگ و همکاران (2004) جهت هوش فرهنگی و درنهایت به‌منظور سنجش چابکی سازمانی از پرسشنامه گلدمن و ناگل (1991) گردآوری شده است. داده‌ها از طریق نرم‌افزار آماری لیزرل و SPSS تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مدل تحقیق از برازش قابل قبولی برخوردار است. همچنین کلیه ابعاد هوش سازمانی و هوش فرهنگی به‌استثنای بعد فشار عملکرد از ابعاد هوش سازمانی، بر چابکی سازمانی تأثیرگذارند.
