چکیده

ازآنجایی‌که مشاغل کنونی به‌قدری پیچیده‌اند که بروز اشتباه در آن‌ها اجتناب‌ناپذیر است، اهمیت فهم یادگیری از اشتباه‌های سازمانی نیازی است دوچندان شده است. پژوهش حاضر با تأکید بر کیفیت زندگی کاری و توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی کارکنان به بررسی اثر اشاعه فرهنگ مدیریت اشتباه بر آن‌ها پرداخته است. جهت بررسی این اثرات در این پژوهش از روش تحلیلی – پیمایشی استفاده شده است. از جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان برنامه‌ساز معاونت صدای سازمان صداوسیمای جمهوری اسلا‏می ‏ایران تعداد 200 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه بر اساس دسترسی حضورشان انتخاب شد. سپس پرسشنامه‌ای جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش تنظیم شد و داده‌های حاصل با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار داده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که فرهنگ مدیریت اشتباه بر توانمندسازی روان‌شناختی برنامه‌ساز حوزه معاونت صدا تأثیر مثبت مستقیم داشته، ضمن اینکه کیفیت زندگی کاری آن‌ها بر این رابطه اثر میانجی نیز دارد.
