چکیده

مطالعات گذشته نشان می­دهند زمانی که رهبران، رهبری تحول­ آفرین سبز را اجرا می­کنند، به‌طور مثبتی مسئولیت زیست­ محیطی شرکت را تحت تأثیر قرار می­دهند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین سبز بر رفتارهای سبز کارکنان با نقش میانجی نگرش زیست‌محیطی در سازمان حفاظت محیط‌زیست استان ایلام در سال 1397 انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش 130 نفر با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری داده­ ها از پرسش­نامه ­های رهبری تحول‌آفرین سبز، نگرش زیست‌محیطی و رفتار سبز استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ ها از طریق مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم ­افزار Smartpls2 انجام شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون مدل نشان‌دهنده برازش مناسب مدل می‌باشد. نتایج آزمون فرضیه‌ها نشان می‌دهد که رهبری تحول‌آفرین سبز بر نگرش زیست‌محیطی و رفتار سبز تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد، علاوه بر این، نقش میانجی نگرش زیست‌محیطی در رابطه میان رهبری تحول­ آفرین سبز و رفتار سبز تأیید گردید.
