چکیده

این پژوهش روایتی استعاری از طرد سازمانی عضوی از اعضای یک سازمان دولتی برای فهم و دریافتی عمیق از این پدیدة رفتاری است. به این منظور، پس از شناسایی مشارکت کنندة پژوهش مبتنی بر روش نمونه گیری نوعی، از ابزار مصاحبه برای گردآوری داده ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری استفاده شد. برای بازنویسی داستان از فرآیند سه مرحله ای رونویسی، بازرونویسی و بازگویی داستان با عنایت به مؤلفه های فضای سه بعدی ساختار روایتی (کنش متقابل، استمرار و وضعیت) استفاده شد. در ادامه، درون مایه ها شناسایی و کدگذاری شدند. بر اساس یافته های پژوهش، 6 رهگفت و استعاره های متناظر با آنها از خلال داده های پژوهش کشف و بازنمایی شدند که عبارت بودند از ورود به سازمان و نمونه گری بر پایة استعارة مرغ عشق، درخشش در سازمان و جلوه گری بر پایة استعارة مرغ چمن، تعارض در سازمان و ناسازش گری بر پایة استعارة مرغ سحر، افول در سازمان و نادیده گری بر پایة استعارة مرغ پربسته، طرد در سازمان و دورافکندگی بر پایة استعارة مرغ قفسی و فترت در سازمان و همزادی رامش گری و فرسایش گری بر پایة استعارة مرغ بی دل.
