چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین تعهد سازمانی، تعهد شغلی و روابط اجتماعی در مکان کاری با آمادگی برای تغییر در کارکنان است. روش تحقیق، توصیفی و طرح پژوهشی همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه بوعلی سینا همدان می­باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای، 184 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری جهت مطالعه انتخاب شدند. جهت برآورد حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد. برای گردآوری داده­های پژوهش از چهار پرسشنامه استاندارد، تعهد سازمانی، تعهد شغلی، روابط اجتماعی در مکان کاری و آمادگی برای تغییر استفاده شد. برای بررسی روایی پرسشنامه­ها از نظرات متخصصان مدیریت و علوم تربیتی بهره گرفته شد. و برای پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته شد. داده­های تحقیق پس از جمع‌آوری با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای آماری SPSS و LISREL تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تعهد سازمانی، تعهد شغلی و روابط اجتماعی بر آمادگی برای تغییر در میان کارکنان مثبت و معنی‌دار بود. درنتیجه از عواملی که می­بایست در راستای افزایش آمادگی برای تغییر کارکنان مورد توجه مدیران دانشگاه قرار گیرد تعهد سازمانی، تعهد شغلی و روابط اجتماعی مکان کاری می­باشد.
