چکیده

شرکت‌های توزیع مواد مصرفی نقشی انکار نشدنی در تأمین نیازهای سازمانی دارند و می‌توانند با حضور مؤثر خود در زمینه برتری یک صنعت تلاش کنند و گاه ممکن است با عدم حضور مؤثر و موفق خود، زمینه‌های  خسارت به تک تک اعضای یک جامعه را فراهم نماید. پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف از نوع کاربردی است و بر اساس ماهیت و نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی  می‌باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل عوامل فروش در شرکت‌های توزیع مواد مصرفی شهر سنندج که  ۹۵۳ نفر است و تعداد   ۲۷۴ نفر به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعیین و انتخاب شد. ابزار اصلی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد می‌باشد که پرسشنامه حاضر از لحاظ روایی به تأیید اساتید صاحب‌نظر این امر رسیده و از لحاظ پایایی با ضریب آلفای کرونباخ ۹۰/۰ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت و فرضیه­های پژوهش با استفاده از  روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد عدالت سازمانی بر عملکرد و بهبود هزینه روابط خریدار و فروشنده اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد؛ اما اثر عدالت بر عملکرد کارکنان بیش از اثر آن بر بهبود هزینه روابط خریدار و فروشنده است. همچنین  به ترتیب اثر عدالت مراوده‌ای، سپس عدالت رویه‌ای و در انتها عدالت توزیعی بر عملکرد کارکنان و بهبود هزینه روابط بین خریدار و عرضه‌کننده اثرگذاراست.
