چکیده

در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان، اشتراک دانش به‌عنوان یک نیاز ضروری و یک اقدام اساسی جهت رویارویی با چالش‌های کسب‌وکار در نظر گرفته می‌شود. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر اشتراک دانش بر نوآوری دو سوتوان با نقش میانجی سرمایه فکری بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مرکز رشد دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد با تعداد 153 شرکت بوده است؛ با استفاده از روش نمونه‎گیری در دسترس و بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 110 شرکت به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش، پرسشنامه بوده است. برای روایی از روش محتوا و برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی استفاده به عمل آمد و مورد تأیید واقع شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی و آمار توصیفی از نرم‌افزار spss و جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، از نرم‌افزار  smart pls 3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد، تأثیر اشتراک دانش بر تمام ابعاد سرمایه فکری (سرمایه انسانی، ساختاری و رابطه‌ای) معنادار بوده است. ابعاد سرمایه فکری بر ابعاد نوآوری دوسوتوان (نوآوری اکتشافی و بهره‌برداری) معنادار گزارش شد. ولی تأثیر اشتراک دانش بر ابعاد نوآوری دوسوتوان و ابعاد آن معنادار نبود. از طرفی، تأثیر اشتراک دانش بر نوآوری اکتشافی و بهره‌برداری با میانجی‌گری سرمایه انسانی و ساختاری معنادار بوده است. سرمایه رابطه‌ای در تأثیر اشتراک دانش بر نوآوری اکتشافی تأثیر معناداری داشته اما این تأثیرگذاری بر نوآوری بهره‌برداری معنادار نبوده است.
