چکیده

ارتباط یک عامل حیاتی برای موفقیت سازمانی است و می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک فرآیند اجتماعی و شناختی در نظر گرفته شود که از طریق آن اطلاعات بین افراد تبادل می‌شود و معنی ایجاد می‌کند. چگونگی درک بهتر، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و ارزیابی فرآیندهای ارتباطی یک چالش بزرگ برای محققان ارتباطات است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و تبیین عوامل توانمندساز بلوغ ارتباطی در سازمان‌های دولتی ایران می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه کیفی و طرح تحقیق آن تحلیل مضمون است و بر اساس روش براون و کلارک در شش مرحله به‌عنوان روش پژوهش استفاده شد و 16 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و سازمانی تا اشباع نظری، مورد مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. از یافته‌های پژوهش در مجموع 56 کد باز، 20 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 4 مضمون فراگیر، استخراج شد. درنهایت مؤلفه قابلیت‌های ارتباطی، مؤلفه عوامل سازمانی، مؤلفه مهارت‌های نرم منابع انسانی، مؤلفه مهارت‌های سخت منابع انسانی، به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های اصلی توانمندساز بلوغ ارتباطی سازمان‌های دولتی شناسایی شدند. مؤلفه‌ها و عوامل شناسایی شده توانمندساز بلوغ ارتباطی، می‌تواند در توسعه ارتباطات مؤثر، ارزیابی ارتباطات سازمانی، بهبود عملکرد ارتباطی و در پیشرفت و ترقی سازمان‌ها کمک قابل‌توجهی نماید.
