چکیده

جریان‌های شکافنده سازمانی عواملی خارج از کنترل سازمان هستند که تغییر و تحول، ادغام و تملک و تعارض و تناقض را در سازمان ایجاد می‌کند. نیاز فزاینده به درک اینکه سازمان‌ها چگونه می‌توانند بحران‌ها را مدیریت کنند مدیریت بحران را به تاب‌آوری مرتبط می‌کند. پژوهش حاضر باهدف ارائه الگوی تاب‌آوری سازمانی در مواجهه با بحران و جریان‌های شکافنده سازمانی انجام پذیرفته که از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر رویکرد استقرایی و از نگاه نوع داده‌ها کیفی است. منابع اطلاعاتی پژوهش را مقاله‌های منتشرشده در زمینه جریان‌های شکافنده سازمانی، مدیریت بحران و تاب‌آوری سازمانی تشکیل می‌دهند و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، درنهایت 53 مقاله وارد فرایند تحلیل شده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون و کدگذاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Atlas.ti 9 انجام شد که درنهایت 702 کد کشف و پس از تلفیق و تلخیص، 61 مضمون پایه، 14 مضمون سازنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر مشخص گردید. دسته اول مضمون‌های فراگیر، جریان‌های شکافنده سازمانی است شامل: افزایش ظرفیت و سازگاری سازمان با تغییرات بحرانی، تمهیدات و برنامه‌های لازم برای پاسخگویی به اختلالات و بحران‌های ناگهانی و .... دسته دوم مضمون‌های فراگیر مرتبط با مدیریت بحران شامل: ضرورت تصمیم‌گیری و عمل سریع در بحران‌ها در اندیشه طراحان و عوامل درگیر، هماهنگ‌سازی آگاهانه مجموعه تلاش‌ها برای مقابله با جریان‌های مختل‌کننده ناگهانی و ... و دسته سوم مضمون‌های فراگیر، تاب‌آوری سازمانی شامل: پایش و پیش‌بینی تغییرات باهدف توسعه برنامه‌های پاسخگویی و....
