چکیده
در این پژوهش ابعاد و نتایج کمک‌های دولت به تعاونی‌های تولیدی فعال استان خراسان رضوی و مقایسه آن با کمک‌های دولت به صنایع غیر تعاونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بدین منظور، نمونه ای به حجم 96 تعاونی تولیدی فعال در دو بخش صنعتی و معدنی بررسی شده است. اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای این تحقیق، توسط پرسش‌نامه و در قالب حمایت‌های ارائه شده در 4 بخش تسهیلات فیزیکی، تکنولوژیکی، تجاری و آموزشی گردآوری شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که 78% از تعاونی‌های تولیدی فعال هیچ گونه حمایت و کمکی را از طرف دولت دریافت نکرده اند و تنها 22% از آنها دریافت حمایت از دولت را تأیید کرده اند. مقایسه بین میزان حمایت‌های واقعی ارائه شده به تعاونی‌های تولیدی با میزان حمایت‌های مورد انتظار آنها نیز نشان می‌دهد که اختلاف معنی‌داری بین میانگین حمایت‌های واقعی و میانگین حمایت‌های مورد انتظار تعاونی‌های تولیدی وجود دارد. این در حالی است که بیشترین اختلاف بین میانگین حمایت‌های واقعی و میانگین حمایت‌های مورد انتظار تعاونی‌های تولیدی نیز به ترتیب در بخش‌های تجاری،تسهیلات فیزیکی، تکنولوژیکی و آموزشی دیده می‌شود.
