هدف تحقیق ارزیابی اثر مدیریت دانش در خلق استراتژی رقابتی تمایز از مجرای زنجیره ارزش فعالیتهای سازمانی است. این مقاله بر اساس یافتههای تحقیق میدانی در شرکتهای فعال در زمینه صنعت نرم افزار شکل گرفته است. برای تدوین چارچوب نظری مدل تحقیق ادبیات و پیشینه تحقیق بررسی و مدل زنجیره ارزش فعالیتهای سازمان مبنای ارزیابی اثر مدیریت دانش بر فرآیندهای سازمانی قرار گرفت. در این تحقیق پس از انجام مطالعات کتابخانه ای و اجرای مصاحبههای اکتشافی، مؤلفههای اثرگذار مدیریت دانش بر بخشهای مختلف سازمانی استخراج؛ و از طریق تحقیق زمینه یابی و ابزار پرسشنامه مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامه هر کدام از مؤلفههای تحقیق مانند فرآیندهای مدیریت دانش، نوآوری(فردی ،گروهی و سازمانی)، مهارتهای تخصصی کارکنان و رضایت مشتریان مورد سنجش قرار گرفتند. از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزاریLISREL جهت بررسی روابط میان مؤلفهها استفاده شد و در پایان صحت روابط مؤلفهها در مدل مفهومی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

ارتباط سرچشمه فرهنگ و تکامل جامعه است و انسان ها از طریق آن مهارت ها و دانسته های خود را منتقـل می کنند. از این رو ، فقدان آن عواقب و آثار جبران ناپذیری بر جای می گـذارد و پدیـده ای بـه نـام ارتبـاط گریزی می تواند بر روابط بین فردی در محیط کار و کارآیی کارکنان تأثیر منفی گذاشته و باعث اخلال در جریان ارتباطات سازمانی شود . هدف این مطالعه ، بررسی تأثیر ادراک پرسـنل سـازمان از فـضای سیاسـی از طریق عدالت سازمانی درک شده بر میزان ارتباط گریزی آنهاست . بدین منظـور تحقیـق پیمایـشی در یـک نمونه 265 نفری از پرسنل تمامی شعبات یکی از بانک های دولتی استان خراسـان رضـوی بـا اسـتفاده از ابـزار پرسشنامه مورد آزمون قرار گرفت . نتایج تحقیق تأثیر مـستقیم ادراک از فـضای سیاسـی بـر میـزان ارتبـاط گریزی را تأیید، اما تأثیر غیر مستقیم ادراک پرسـنل از فـضای سیاسـی بـر میـزان ارتبـاط گریـزی از طریـق ادراک عدالت سازمانی به اثبات نرسید. با توجه به نتایج بیان شده، مدیران بهتر است بـرای تـسهیل و تـسریع ارتباط بین کارکنان به فـضای سیاسـی سـازمان و ادراک کارکنان شان از آن توجـه کننـد چـون ایـن مـسأله می تواند منجر به افزایش کارآیی و بهره وری سازمان شود .

Recently, it has been recognized that more and more women in many cultures such as our country are becoming entrepreneurs in a formal sense. However, the prospect of women becoming entrepreneurs is limited by various barriers. The statistics show that less than 10 per cent of the entrepreneurs in Iran are women and a host of barriers prevent women from realizing their full potential as entrepreneurs.

Abstract
Women’s entrepreneurship has a tremendous potential in empowering women and transforming society. However, the prospect of women becoming entrepreneurs is limited by various barriers. The statistics show that less than 10 per cent of the entrepreneurs in Iran are women and a host of barriers prevent women from realizing their full potential as entrepreneurs.
This article tries to explore and identify the barriers of women's entrepreneurship in Iran. At the first we investigated the literature on barriers to women’s entrepreneurship. Then by using of experts opinions, theses barriers are classified into seven dimensions and 41 factors. Then we used statistical methods to analyses the data collected from women entrepreneurs of Yazd province. Outcomes show that 30 factors in six dimensions affect women entrepreneurship. These six dimensions are familial, scientific, personality, financial, culture-society and regulation. And the nurture dimension has no effect on women entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The research findings indicate that there is a meaningful relationship between organizational justice perception and OCB, and among three dimensions of justice, interactional justice has the highest correlation with OCB in compare with distributive and procedural justice. The results also show that there is relationship among three dimensions of justice.

Abstract
Dealing effectively with workplace conflicts is a great challenge in employees' interactions at work. Conflict is almost inevitable in individual and organizational life because it stems from so many different factors. This study aimed to promote understanding of conflict and conflict management styles in organizations. For this purpose, a sample of 43 mangers and employees of an educational institution (university) were randomly selected. Appropriate statistical analysis including Mann- Whitney test, Pearson Correlation, and were utilized to analyze research data that was collected by using Dubrin and Rahim questionnaires.
The findings of this article show that, although, there is no significant difference among managers and employees in perceived conflict, managers perceive more conflict than employees in this organization. Furthermore, results show that major styles of conflict management among employees are compromise and avoidance styles, although there is no significant difference among managers and employees in using conflict management styles. Some support was found for the effect of age, education & tenure on conflict management styles.

Abstract
Ever changing of business trends and the increase of competition among companies has made the surrounding environment of organizations, more different. That’s to be considered, based on researchers view; market orientation affected by marketing research can improve the performance results of organization. Consequently, in order to study hypothesizes written based on model, reliable and valid questionnaires are distributed among traveling agencies located in Mashhad province as a data pool. The analysis of gathered data was based path analysis approach. Also results revealed that marketing research had a significant effect on market orientation and performance, while market orientation also influenced the performance significantly. However, though all hypothesizes are confirmed, but the main hypothesis of study indicating the moderating role of market orientation between marketing research and performance is doubtful.

The main objective of this study is to explore the areas of state support towards regional co-operative manufacturing firms. A sample of 96 manufacturing and mining firms that were selected through proportional sampling plan, were provided with a designed questionnaire based on the theoretical concept of the context as well as pervious research in the domain. Abstract
The main objective of this study is to explore the areas of state support towards regional co-operative manufacturing firms. A sample of 96 manufacturing and mining firms that were selected through proportional sampling plan, were provided with a designed questionnaire based on the theoretical concept of the context as well as pervious research in the domain. The findings of the study revealed that 78 percent of co-operative firms have no record of receiving support from state administration offices. A comparison between actual services delivered to the firms by national or local state offices with the expected supports as suggested by their top mangers is an indication of significant gap. On the basis of the research findings however, such a gap is not identical for the four different categories of physical facilities, commercial, technological, and training services that are recognized widely as supporting areas.
